The world of Kluscap according to M'Shoum

Sam, a young man of 19, visits his M'soum (grand-father) in his shack beside the lake. Through his daily routine, M'shoum tells his grand-son the stories of Kluscap, a mythical figure for the Mi'kmag.

‘' With the sleeve of his shirt, M'shoum lifted the lid of the big cast iron pot on the wood stove. He ladled out a small portion of moose meat, onions, potatoes on to a small plate. ‘'this is the spirit plate….''

Kuscap place one hundred dark feathers of the golden eagle and one hundred light feathers of the bald headed eagle in his hair. He raised his eyes to the sky and sang the eagle song. ‘'YO HO YO HO Yohanne''

Robert will accompany his program with traditional Mi'kmag songs, the tawegan (drum) and the guitar.
